CARDIO & STRENGTH
Challenge yourself with this athletic based cardio/strength training circuit workout. Bring the right attitude and anything is possible.
Improve balance, strengthen, tone along with a little cardio - all in 30 minutes. Exercises that are easily adaptable based on your physical ability. This class is offered Mondays and Fridays at 8 a.m. in our Group Fitness Studio.
An hour long training course that will consist of everything from interval training to boxing and weightlifting. Shed stress and pounds! TKO is offered on our indoor tennis courts.
YOGA & PIYO
Total body workout that stretches, tones, and increases flexibility. Enjoy feeling energized and relaxed at the same time, while strengthening your entire body.
The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning. This class is perfect for the fit, pregnant, and/or joint sensitive individuals. Stay cool while you build strength and burn calories. Aquacise is offered in our indoor pool.
Co-ed after school program for students ages 8-14! Burn extra energy, or get them off the couch. Get their hearts pumping and their bodies moving for a 45-minute workout each week. Also covers basic nutrition and wellness. Offered on one of our indoor tennis courts.
CYCLING / SPIN
Infuse cycling with the principals of high-intensity interval training. Sweat, bounce, and groove to the music and get the most out of your workout.
Join us to get your heart moving, your smile beaming, and your booty lookin’ good! Variety keeps this class from getting boring! This class is offered in our Group Fitness Studio.
MOMMY & ME
This hour-long aerobics class is designed to get you and your child moving together, with adaptable exercises for children from birth to eight years of age.
Work all major muscle groups including abdominals, using the stability ball, bands, hand weights, and body bars. Get a sleeker more toned body. Power Sculpt classes are offered in the Group Fitness Studio.
Mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Latin and World rhythms make this energetic class seem like exercise in disguise. Join us for ZUMBA in our Group Fitness Studio.
High-intensity workout incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. The goal for this class is to keep you guessing so you never get bored and are always working different parts of the body. Keeping your mind challenged will help you strengthen your body!
