WEIGHT LOSS COMPETITION
Battle of the Bulge is a fun way to get fit, win prizes and keep motivated along the way! This 6-week competition begins February 16th and ends March 31st, giving you enough time to see real results but not long enough for you to lose steam. This competition is open to Club 1 Fitness members AND non-members. Register using our convenient online form or stop by Club 1 Fitness.
Entry Fee Includes:

KICK OFF - all participants will weigh in and measure. They also have an opportunity to go through a fitness assessment to create a baseline for their fitness journey for the next 6 weeks.

TRAINING - Special group training sessions will be held for Battle of the Bulge participants every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. & Sunday mornings at 11am

GROUP FITNESS - Competitors have access to all the Club 1 Fitness group classes throughout the week (non-members included). Check out the group fitness schedule.

CHILDCARE - As always, Club 1 Fitness members can utilize the Kids Zone during regular hours. Non-members can also utilize the Kids Zone during the 6-week competition for an additional $15 fee.

NUTRITION TIPS -We do not giveout any diet plans. Instead we are going to teach you how to create a healthy relationship with food, how to eat with a purpose, and how to track everything easily along the way.

Each week, Club 1 staff will provide tips on nutrition and healthy recipes through a private Facebook group set up just for Battle of the Bulge competitors.

CHANCE TO WIN PRIZES - Each participant is eligible to win prizes which will be awarded in three categories:

Top Male & Female - these two awards are calculated based on a formula that factors both percentage of weight lost and percentage of inches lost during the 6 week competition.

Top Team - This award will be calculated by adding the total amount of inches and percentage lost from both participants on the team.

ACCOUNTABILITY - The staff at Club 1 Fitness work hard to encourage and motivate our competitors to do their best. Our private Facebook group is where we like to share recipes, workout tips, nutritional advice and inspiration between training sessions. All participants are welcome to post any questions they might have or fitness inspired information.

ADMISSION TO THE AFTER PARTY - This is the celebration of all your hard work over the last 6 weeks. Our after party is a relaxed format which is scheduled for Saturday, April 7th at the Club 1 Fitness. Following a social hour with hors d'ouevres and cocktails, we will present the awards for the three categories mentioned above to recognize the winners.
